Allegheny County Bar Association members have summarized verdicts from the Allegheny County Court of Common Pleas since 1999. Until now, the summarized verdicts have only appeared in the Pittsburgh Legal Journal Opinions Insert. Now those verdicts are available on this searchable, online database. These summaries provide critical details of the case, including the type of case; the names of the lawyers, experts, and judges involved; and the amount of damages awarded. To search the database and gain immediate access to these verdicts, simply enter your search information to the right.

*Note: This database contains 90% of the jury verdicts that occurred in the Allegheny County Court of Common Pleas from 1999-present.

To access the jury verdict database, please select the parameters within which you would like to search. Our search engine will then list an abstract of each relevant jury verdict. The abstract will contain a brief summary of the case along with the date of the verdict. Simply check the box beside each jury verdict you would like to view, and then proceed to the checkout area. The cost to view each jury verdict in its entirety is $10. Once you have checked out, a .pdf of the jury verdict summary you purchased will be e-mailed to you.
