Dissolution - Notice Is Hereby Given that the directors of Woodland Hills Band Parents Organization, a Nonprofit Corporation, having its registered office at 2550 Greensburg Pike, Pittsburgh, PA 15221, approved a proposal to dissolve the corporation and that the Board of Directors is now engaged in winding down and settling the affairs of said corporation in accordance with the provisions of the PA Business Corporation Law of 1988, as amended, effective 12/31/25.
